I would describe myself as a serial entrepreneur as I have always worked for myself since the age of 24. Back in 2016, I was co-founder of a cryptocurrency bank startup out of Ukraine. In 2018 born out of my love for traveling, I founded a company that assists Airbnb hosts and superhosts to obtain higher occupancy and increased nightly revenues.
I first started helping my Dominican Republic host with his ranking, occupancy, and daily revenues. This was the beginning of what would become my full-time work for the next five years. Almost immediately after the optimization of his listings the boutique hotel almost hit 80 percent occupancy within a week! I knew I was on to something big. So started my journey of flying around the globe offering optimization, occupancy, and revenue consultations and services.
Not only am I a professional optimizer of Airbnb listings (getting you to rank higher on the Airbnb VRBO, and Booking search results), but to find just the right balance of occupancy and average daily revenues (ADR). My main focus to to work with hosts through consultations and various productivity platforms to achieve those goals.
